Chef Borrell prepares modern and colourful seafood by revisiting traditional Catalonian and Mediterranean dishes. Discover the generosity of this characterful region through the dishes crafted by our Michelin-starred chef, who prepares, cooks and seasons fish with mastery and attention to detail. The menu changes every two months, according to the season and the catches of the local fishermen.

The Chef expresses his technique and talent with perfectly cooked and seasoned ingredients, and a harmony of textures and flavours, to the delight of epicureans and curious diners looking for cuisine that is both steeped in tradition and resolutely modern.

À la carte and set menus

The gastronomic restaurant Le Fanal has four set menus, offering different ways to enjoy the flavoursome food prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Pascal Borrell:

  • The Market Set Menu (€24 or €35) offers a chance to experience the subtlety of his dishes, with a starter and main course or starter and dessert, or a starter, main course and dessert (served every day for lunch and dinner)
  • The Gastronomic Set Menu (€64) explores the region's history with appetizers, a starter, a main course, regional cheeses and a dessert (menu recommended for the whole table)
  • The Sea Signature Set Menu (€86) offers a chance to taste Chef Borrell's signature dishes, prepared according to the season and his inspiration (menu recommended for the whole table).
  • The Terroir Set Menu (€45) offers a chance to discover the local terroir, according to the day's catch and the season.
