In a beautiful seaside setting, enjoy his refined cuisine, which makes use of locally caught fish, carefully selected by the Chef, and accompanied by fresh vegetables, all perfectly cooked and seasoned to create a harmony of flavours… Chef Borrell, voted Best Regional Chef by the Gault & Millau Guide in 2004, and winner of the 'Cuisine de la Mer' (Seafood Cuisine) trophy in 2016, shares his love for the region, which he expresses through his bright and colourful dishes, to be enjoyed in this unique setting...
